What a such wonderful stay, nothing too much trouble. Terrific hotel in a calm area very close to the villages lower down, and the Jardin Alpin gondola. Good food plus attentive staff. Large and beautifully decorated room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Beautiful decoration. Unbeatable location - right at Chalet Lang.

our recent stay at Le Palace Des Neiges in Courchevel was even better than our previous experience. From the convenient gondola and private shuttle, to the delicious breakfast and relaxing pool, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were charming and the location for skiing was perfect.

I requested many weeks ago to have flowers in my room upon arrival for my girlfriend and the flowers were not ready. You sent them late. Also I requested a ski monitor for 3 days and you did have it but you solved.

Great location! No additional charges for late check out!
Wi-Fi didn't work 2 days, then speed was incredible low. Poor water flow in a shower. As a whole the price doesn't correspond to quality!

The piano bar was a great place to end the day. while sneaking looks at other people's Wi-Fi. The panoramic window in the bar blew my mind. and my budget with their outrageous prices.

thank you for an amazing stay. the staff are excellent, the hotel is extremely convenient and with magnificent location right by courchevel 1850 and the villages lower down, such as 1650 and 1550 and the ski slopes. the rooms are nicely decorated with stunningly beautiful views of mountain.
